Christmas in Prague isn’t just about the markets. Every day, a tree is lit up somewhere, carols are played, and squares and small neighbourhoods come alive with special programs. Festive concerts are played in churches and halls, children meet St. Nicholas, Nativity scene exhibitions open, and on St. Stephen’s Day, the brave plunge into the icy Vltava River.
