Advent and Christmas at Prague Castle will once again be complemented by the popular Christmas Stroll at Prague Castle, inviting visitors to explore the festively decorated castle grounds. From late November until early January, a route filled with Christmas spirit leads through the Castle’s picturesque corners in their winter splendour and includes a visit to a Christmas labyrinth in the Imperial Stables, created for Prague Castle by the Forman Brothers Theatre and their friends. The event is designed for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone wishing to enjoy the festive season in the unique setting of one of Prague’s most important landmarks. Christmas Stroll at Prague Castle begins at the Christmas tree on St. George’s Square and continues past the Nativity scene near St. Vitus Cathedral. From there, visitors can walk through the Second Courtyard to the Imperial Stables, where a magical Christmas landscape awaits, featuring Johannes Kepler’s Astronomer’s Workshop and creative arts and crafts workshops. Admission to the Christmas Stroll at Prague Castle is free of charge.
