Early Baroque building, built around 1690, underwent a total reconstruction in the 1990s, during which wall frescoes from the 17th century were discovered. After the reconstruction the palace has been used by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Part of the ground floor serves the public, for social events and exhibitions.
