overview opening hours The gallery is currently undergoing an extensive renovation that will transform it into a modern space combining the functions of an art gallery and an educational center. Reflecting this new concept and the site's historical context, the venue will be given a new name: ARTSCHUL. The name refers to the oldest synagogue of Prague's Jewish Town, known as the Altschul ("Old School"), which stood on the site of the present-day building block from the early 13th century until 1686.
