Many of these green areas, some of which are heritage-protected and normally closed to the public boast magnificent views of the city. history The history of the Jabloňka winery dates back to 2013, when, after extensive refurbishment of the nearby Jabloňka Chateau, the owners discovered the original stone terraces and recognised their potential. The vine terraces were gradually cleaned and reinforced with marl stone. Over the following 10 years, more than 7,000 heads of three white wine varieties — Traminer Red, Riesling and Riesling Red — were planted across an area of more than 1 hectare. The last stage of the construction work also saw the completion of the winery building and all the technological facilities. By producing a small volume of wine, the growers strive to ensure the best quality wine by processing the grapes gently, using state-of-the-art technology and photovoltaic energy.
