Concert Hall of the Prague Conservatory

Located in the heart of Prague, just a few steps from the famous Rudolfinum, the Prague Conservatory opened a new concert and theatre hall in 2011 to mark its 200th anniversary. At first glance, you might not even notice it — the oak doors facing the riverfront remain closed and open only for concerts and performances. Those who step inside, however, are in for a remarkable surprise. With a capacity of 333 seats, the hall serves not only as a concert venue but also as a recording studio. Architecturally, it captivates visitors through its elegant combination of wood and glass, while its flowing forms evoke the movement of water and the nearby Vltava River.
