The 2026 "1,000 Miles of Czechoslovakia" Historic Car Race will once again connect Prague and Bratislava, offering a unique glimpse of pre-war cars in full action. This year’s race will start on June 11 on Opletalova Street, from where the crews will set off on a three-day route following in the footsteps of the original race from the 1930s. The cars will return to Prague on June 13, arriving at the finish line in front of the National Technical Museum with a commentary-accompanied arrival, a presentation of the cars, and a supporting program. The event, considered the most significant historic vehicle event in the Czech Republic, attracts lovers of technical beauty and the atmosphere of the First Republic every year.
