This Vinohrady establishment, simply called Výčep (Taproom), is about more than Dalešice beer served up from five taps. It’s a lively modern pub offering outstanding Czech cuisine with a subtle touch of Wallachia, led by chef Jiří Hrachový and his team. Its lunch, evening and tasting menus feature distinctive dishes prepared from carefully sourced ingredients supplied by trusted farmers. The house-made sourdough bread is especially celebrated. Výčep received a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2025.
