overview about the place You can enjoy some unusual views from the top of Braník Rocks. From the low wooden viewing platform designed by architect and actor David Vávra, you can see the Vltava Valley and, opposite you, the Dívčí hrady ruins, Prague Castle and Vyšehrad. The Braník Rocks natural heritage site covers an area of some nine hectares, and consists of two separate parts - Braník Rocks with Dobeška Forest Park, and Školní vrch hill. These two parts are separated by the Old Road. The lower part of Braník Rocks can be reached from the "Přístaviště" tram and bus stop, while the "Dobeška" bus stop is nearest for visiting Dobeška Forest Park. There is a long flight of steps (ulice U Pražských lomů) linking Modřanská ulice to the top of Braník Rocks. more about the place Source: Prague CityTourism The lower part of Braník Rocks can be reached from the “Přístaviště” tram and bus stop, while the “Dobeška” bus stop is nearest for visiting Dobeška Forest Park.
