Skewers

The bistro’s concept is based on that of the traditional Czech open-faced sandwich (chlebíček). Pork and dumplings as a chlebíček? Yep. But you also find them with goat cheese, prosciutto, pesto, and red beet; cold, savoury, and sweet. One thing links all these delicacies – they’re served on a skewer! The skewer is the design, the gimmick, and even the bill – you pay by the number of skewers you collect. To drink they offer homemade fruit drinks, cocktails, beer specialties, and a nice selection wines, including sparkling wines. And don’t forget to try their excellent coffee.
