Levitate’s creative menu is rooted in modern Nordic cuisine, enriched with the Asian diversity of flavours, colours and aromas, all set within an interior inspired by the Scandinavian countryside. Two dinner experiences — twelve or eighteen courses — are built around three elements: aqua, fauna and flora, representing fish and seafood, meat, and vegetables or fruit. You choose where and what you wish to eat and drink. You will explore three spaces along the path to culinary bliss and unexpected delights.
