Right by the Church of St Nicholas in the Old Town, on the site of a former Benedictine monastery, there is now a unique multi-purpose venue bringing together modern cuisine, a café and an exhibition space. The menu is based around fresh ingredients, mainly sourced locally, while the cuisine combines a contemporary approach that shows respect for traditional recipes. In the evening, you can enjoy a range of original signature cocktails, and DJs make the place come alive at weekends. The name, which refers to writer Franz Kafka, is no coincidence — the house in which he was born once stood on this site
