Museums are places where objects tell a story. This small university museum is part of the Faculty of Science of Charles University in Prague. The permanent exhibition presents the topics of human evolution (phylogeny), the development of the individual (ontogeny), and pathology and death. For decades, a visit to the museum has been part of the biology curriculum in primary, secondary and higher schools. Albert Einstein was a professor in this building from 1911 to 1912.

The museum can be visited on weekdays 9:00—15:00 by prior arrangement via email hmc@natur.cuni.cz or the online form in a group of 6—10 people.
