Zahrady kláštera sv. Anežky České

The grounds of St. Agnes Convent are home to two freely accessible convent gardens, open year-round and featuring nearly twenty sculptures by contemporary Czech artists. The sculpture park includes works by Aleš Veselý, Jaroslav Róna, Stanislav Kolíbal, Karel Malich and others. The concept includes the monumental Golgotha, one of František Bílek’s early statues. Younger visitors will love the playhouse by František Skála, who also designed the Sun Chariot. Refreshments are available at the café, with tables set under the venerable linden tree.
