overview opening hours The traditional lido has returned to Prague’s Štvanice Island. Improvements to the quality of the river water, amongst other things, have seen people return to swimming in the Vltava River, a pastime particularly popular in the 19th and 20th centuries. There are sun loungers, deck chairs, paddleboards, toilets, showers and refreshments available for visitors. The lido is on the north bank of the eastern part of the island, roughly opposite the entrance to Prague Market.
