frequently asked questions

How can we buy a combined ticket to the Petřín Lookout Tower and the Mirror Maze?

Combined tickets can only be purchased at the ticket offices of both monuments, not through e-sales. Payment can be made in cash in Czech crowns or by credit card.

What is a Skip-the-Line ticket?

A Skip-the-Line ticket gives visitors priority entry to the monument. It can be purchased online on our website. The Old Town Hall and the Petřín Tower support this type of ticket.

Can I enter the Klementinum without a guide, and can I enter the Baroque library?

It is not possible to enter the Klementinum without a guide, and the only way to see the Klementinum tour circuit from the inside is to book a place on a guided tour. Tour schedules can be found here. The Baroque Library can only be viewed from the doorway due to the need to preserve the authenticity of the place.

We plan and implement a destination marketing concept that reflects the need to maintain the quality of life of Prague residents and the local community and develop cultivated tourism. We organize educational series about the past and present of Prague for professionals and the general public. We are responsible for the entire operation of the historical building of the Old Town Hall and eight Prague towers. We work with other organizations such as CzechTourism, Czech Centres, the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic, and embassies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
