Visitors will have the chance to step into spaces where key figures of both Czech and international politics have met. In addition to a guided tour of the villa’s grand interiors, guests can also enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Vltava River and Prague’s historic city center. The villa of Karel Kramář (1860—1937), the first Prime Minister of Czechoslovakia, is undoubtedly a striking landmark of the Letná panorama. Although architecturally difficult to categorize — blending Neo-Baroque style with distinct Art Nouveau elements — it is considered one of the most notable examples of Prague’s villa architecture. The villa was built between 1911 and 1915, based on a design by architect Friedrich Ohmann. The final appearance of the interiors was strongly influenced by the taste of Kramář’s Russian wife, Nadezhda Nikolayevna. In the 1990s, the villa underwent a complete renovation and today regularly hosts prominent world leaders and serves as the venue for official receptions held by the Prime Minister. date and time 1. 5. 2026 6. 6. 2026 1. 8. 2026 3. 10. 2026
