Another year of Karlínské polívkování (Karlin Soup Festival). A wide range of classic Czech soups, such as potato soup, cabbage soup, kulajda soup, garlic soup and tripe soup, will be on offer at the stalls in Karlínské náměstí. For those interested in spicy flavours, there will be a choice of chipotle, the popular Pho, the famous bouillabaisse, Indian DHAL, French onion soup, American thick soup with grilled cheese sandwich and many other different types of creamy soups and broths. Live music and entertainment for the kids will help to add to the atmosphere.
