The most famous sports phenomenon is the rivalry between Prague’s “S” clubs: the Sparta and Slavia football teams. It all began on 29 March 1896 with their first derby. Ever since, their matches have spiced up Prague’s sporting life, with passionate fans of both “S” clubs reliably creating an unforgettable atmosphere at the stadium.
