playing prague

Playing Prague is a game celebrating Prague and all those who have shaped and continue to shape this beautiful city. Every detail of the game is a tribute to the 1000-year cultural heritage of a city that was once the seat of the Holy Roman Emperors and the capital of the Bohemian Kingdom. It is also the origin of the designation of bohemians as people with a creative and unconventional way of life. Become a Bohemian for a while and build your own Prague.

How to play Playing Prague?

In each of the game’s sixteen levels, you build one iconic Prague landmark by logically composing the prescribed patterns. You can gradually build the Old Town Hall, the towers of Charles Bridge or the cable car to Petřín. At the same time, each level of the game introduces you to the story of world-famous personalities associated with Prague, such as Einstein, Mozart or Kafka.  In the course of the game, you will create a collection of not only historical monuments, but also famous personalities.

In addition to Czech, Playing Prague is also available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Korean and Japanese.

Expansion and ten follow-up levels

Originally featuring six levels, the game has now been expanded with ten more, as well as the option to compete with other players through leaderboards and an achievement system. The new levels take players to places such as Prague Planetarium, Prague Castle and the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bubeneč. The game has also been enriched with new prominent figures connected with Prague and Czech history. From 2026, Playing Prague features, among others, architect Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer, poet Jaroslav Seifert, composer Josef Mysliveček, opera singer Ema Destinnová, and artists Brychtová and Libenský

Prestigious awards

Playing Prague was awarded the prestigious 2025 CEEGA (Central and Eastern European Game Awards), being crowned as the Best Mobile Game. It has become another Czech success story alongside Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Cyberpunk or Silent Hill 2.
