This gallery is located on Národní Avenue and is named after the Czech artist, graphic designer and illustrator Václav Špála, whose work is now considered to be among the most sough-after Czech modern art. The gallery’s exhibition programme focuses primarily on living professional Czech artists of the middle generation who, through their painting and photography, and sculpture, are considered to be the leaders of the Czech fine art scene. Exhibitions of painting, photography and sculpture are rotated on a regular basis.
