Prague Sounds — The Festival | Prague City Tourism

The Prague Sounds Festival, formerly known as Struny podzimu, has consistently been one of the most significant musical events in the Czech Republic. Over the course of more than twenty-nine years, it has presented a host of iconic international figures while systematically introducing a new generation of artists, often in Czech premieres. In November 2026, the festival will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a multi-genre program across various venues in Prague. The program traditionally explores the connections between contemporary and classical music, jazz, hip-hop, electronic music, and song projects, creating original dialogues across musical eras and genres. The festival emphasizes exceptional, often intimate concert experiences in unique venues throughout Prague.
