From June 6 to 14, the Prague Botanical Garden invites you to experience a unique Japanese-inspired atmosphere, an exhibition of over a hundred bonsai trees, the prestigious International Bonsai Triennial, and a diverse weekend program filled with traditional arts, workshops, guided tours, and cultural performances. Discover the beauty of Japanese aesthetics, try your hand at creative techniques, and enjoy a festival experience that engages all your senses. On June 6–7 and June 12–14, the Ornamental Garden will come alive with a program inspired by Japanese culture. You can look forward to a traditional tea ceremony, bonsai-pruning demonstrations, martial arts displays, calligraphy, ikebana, workshops, a lecture, as well as plant sales and themed refreshments. Admission to the exhibition and festival is included in the regular admission fee to the botanical garden and grants access to the grounds, all exhibits, and most accompanying events. More
