The Rudolf Firkušný Festival, a celebration of the piano and the legacy of the greatest Czech pianist of the 20th century, is an autumn event of the Prague Spring International Music Festival, with which Rudolf Firkušný was inextricably linked. From November 3 to 9, 2026, Prague’s Rudolfinum will host the 14th edition of the festival, featuring five exceptional recitals. The audience can look forward to encounters with legends as well as the outstanding talents of the rising generation — from the debut of Lukas Sternath and the return of Anna Vinnikaya to an exclusive performance by the duo Evgeny Kissin & András Schiff. The festival will traditionally conclude with the highly anticipated recital by Grigory Sokolov, whose program remains a closely guarded secret until the very last moment. More
