Hop on one of Prague’s Galileo-enabled trams and join us at the headquarters of the EU Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) for our annual Open Days! Get ready for virtual reality, encryption games, workshops, and much more. Whether you come with family or friends, there’s something for everyone! Explore #EUSpace and discover how space technologies enrich our everyday lives. This free event is your opportunity to get an inside look at EUSPA, learn about its mission, and discover the many benefits of EU Space. This year’s edition, taking place on 21—22 November, is packed with activities for all ages. Look forward to encryption games, quizzes, or a virtual reality space that lets you experience EU Space from an entirely new perspective. Visitors can also follow a series of presentations, held throughout the event in both Czech and English, where EUSPA experts will explain the many ways EU Space influences our everyday lives. There will be plenty of interactive fun for kids and families — such as building a model of an actual Galileo satellite to take home or joining our space treasure hunt with a chance to win prizes. And of course, don’t forget to stop by the Encryption Stand, where you can try cracking codes and solving puzzles while learning how satellites keep our information safe. The EU Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) delivers European satellite navigation services, supports the commercial use of data and services from Galileo, EGNOS and Copernicus, coordinates the Governmental Satellite Communications (GOVSATCOM) programme, and since 2023 acts as the contact point for the Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) programme. EUSPA is responsible for the security accreditation of all components of the EU Space Programme. More Datum und Uhrzeit 21. 11. 2025 16:00—18:00 22. 11. 2025 9:00—18:00
